Lessons from Nature
Around here it is beginning to thaw finally. Everything has been iced over completely for the last few weeks.
There seems to be a freshness in the air though there is still quite a bit of slush in the roads. There is hope that the freeze is over. People are happy as they are wearing lighter coats and getting out more.
Sometimes it’s like that with our art too. We go through phases of frozen inspiration. Dark times where the warmth doesn’t seem to come. Then we are inspired. Light breaks through and the ideas flow.

You said that right! It’s finally thawing out here in Colorado too and my inspiration is finally starting to flow again. Ice block it was.
