It's required in the art field. And other responsibilities and needs for finances don't let up. The hardest thing is that so many people think art is just play and that it's okay for artists to be paid less than others because they get some job satisfactions other jobs don't offer If art went away, it wouldn't just be a duller world, it would be a non-world. Have you ever seen anything designed by someone with no clue re: design? It's either boring or unworkable and half the problems don't get solved along the way. Bloggers are leeching off main stream media, cat blogging, navel gazing, noodle blogging. And artists are lazy bums who can't be bothered to get a real job. :D :D :D You know I'm kidding.
