With all the different ideas about what art is and isn’t… who does what and why, I decided to put together a little how to guide for turning almost anything into “art”.
1. Find something or someone long dead, and encrust it with jewels or something else expensive. While it’s probably breaking a few laws to go dig up one of your ancestors, there is always road kill.

Sometimes it’s easy to get distracted. Sometimes the distraction can also be your inspiration.
I honestly haven’t felt like doing art lately. I’ve been busy with church stuff these last few days and fielding tech issues for blogs I’m responsible for.
Today, my dad called early this morning and had four adorable kittens that needed someone to take them in and try to find homes for them and suddenly I feel like doing another painting. Pictured is one of the little gray tiger striped kittens right after it’s bath.
