Of Concepts and Ideas
I’ve been known to not think things through all the way before I do them. In this, I guess I am a bit impulsive. I’ll put together an entire idea in my head, then act on it… then come back in the morning when I am wide awake and realize how much I didn’t think through the plan.
I recently brainstormed an idea for a art gallery site where everyone could upload their paintings to a their own flickr accounts and I would just aggregate them all to one blog automatically effectively creating one site that is updated regularly with everyone’s work.
In fact I put the whole freaking thing together. It worked well, then I even wrote a post over here introducing it. I guess the idea had some merit… but If anything of the sort is going to work, it will have to be thought through just a little bit more.
So, let me ask you this question? If you were going to put together an art gallery site that showcases people’s work? What are some objectives you would like to see fulfilled, both as a user and as an administrator of such a site?
