I didn’t know I was moving to an art town.
So after almost a week living in Thornville, OH I finally noticed a big sign by the highway that told me about the “Backwoods Fest” which advertised “arts, crafts, food and music” as being the main attractions.
Naturally curious, I came home and hit Google with those search terms and what I found surprised me.
This is a big deal around here. Artist from all over Ohio come here to show their work and participate.
This year it will be going on for three days for the first time.
September 14,15, & 16th.
I guess I will be there, somewhere… Maybe I’ll try to set up a booth next year?
