Exercise, Eating Right and Creativity

The British Journal of Sports Medicine 10 years ago had this little article about Exercise increases creativity.
As I am on my journey right now to lose some weight and just live a healthier existence overall, I decided to look a few other places as to how it may relate to creativity.
I found this Exercise article via Google that summed up what a person could anticipate through a regular exercise routine. Read the full article to see what they did.
This study results suggest that orthodox aerobic workouts have potential benefits in aiding creativity processes. This not only adds to the general utility of exercise to individuals, thereby providing greater impetus to exercise, but potentially provides tangible improvements to creative productivity. This implies that not only may individuals realize greater gains from aerobic exercise, but organizations may potentially benefit as well. For example, fostering environments that encourage aerobic exercise for employees may yield increases in creative output and innovation in product development, promotion, operations management, and many other areas.
I have started walking on average at least 2 hours a day. I am curious to see what happens in the realm of creativity for myself. But what about you, what do you do in terms of exercise for yourself? What areas have you seen improvement in with regard to creativity? Or is it all just bogus? ;)

I find regular exercise (walking my dogs daily etc) makes me happier - which in turn makes me feel more creative! I tend to get edgy or jumpy if I don’t get my walk in, which makes it really hard to sit still and work :-)
