Logo design #1 and the “uncontest”
Okay here is the deal…
over at b5media, a few (good) changes are happening.
- new templates
- new ad systems
- and just a better and cleaner/smoother interface all round.
Well, the arts and crafts area is slated to be re-templated soon. My current logo doesn’t fit the specs and I am already growing tired of it anyway.
So, I have decided to reinvent it.
I’m going to throw out a few concepts and you can just tell me what you think. Be honest, and if you have a better design idea feel free to submit it. I’d run it as a contest, but I don’t have the money for any cool prizes right now (other than just seeing your logo on this site, that’s cool enough isn’t it?). So right now, I’m calling it the uncontest because I am designing a logo but I’m inviting you to submit an entry for consideration. I may like yours better than my own. :P

[…] Dan over at http://www.EmptyEasel.com submitted this design. I really like this one. It’s clean and really easy to read. He even kept some of the elements from my earlier submission. I like the little byline there too, which I hadn’t thought of. It definitely brings to the blog a branding element that I haven’t really explored to the fullest. […]
