New place to blog.
Recently I’ve undertaken to try to find somewhere else to blog and work on a daily basis. I hit gold today. My wife is a photographer and I found a place that is right across from the parking lot that not only serves my favorite carmel coffee beverage, but also has a series of paintings and art on display for sale (and not just one or two). I am counting 24 from where I am sitting. The owner said they do a 70/30 split with 70% of the profit going back to the artist and then out of their proceeds they donate a percentage to United Way. Currently, they have mostly photography in here but want some more paintings.
I was just looking for a place to sit and work for awhile. It’s nice to accidently find a place that hits so close to home.
On another note, Thanks for all the submissions for the screensaver project. It’s still going if you want to take part in it.
